SensiJet Garnet is a black coding and marking ink with fast UV cure offering excellent adhesion and chemical resistance when printed onto non-porous substrates.
It has been tested with a number of industrial printheads to ensure maximum flexibility during production printing.
Each printhead, system and application should be tested and verified to ensure maximum performance.
SensiJet Garnet is printed directly onto the selected substrate via a print fixture or system equipped with a specified industrial printhead and inline fixation.
After printing onto the selected substrate, it should be fixed in line by flash bulb or conventional UV light exposure. The ink should be fixed within seconds to avoid any color bleed.
Inks should be stored in a controlled environment at a temperature between 10-30°C. If stored under these recommended conditions, the inks have a shelf life of 12 (twelve) months. If the ink exceeds the shelf life detailed on the bottle, please contact Sensient directly for advice on continued use.
Due to the range of potential markets, fastness for each substrate and application should be verified according to the requirements.

In coding and mailing markets, applications may range from simple address printing for mailshots to highly specialized marking of high value materials. In all cases there is a clear requirement for quality and productivity to meet each demand. In production environments where cost, time and space are at a premium, Senseint UV ink has been formulated to use fast UV flashbulb cure, allowing rapid printing giving high durability and precision.
